VisionIT ranked for the 2nd Straight Year by Inc Magazine as America’s Fastest Growing Technical Staffing Firm

VisionIT, based in Detroit, Michigan, has been named one of America’s fastest growing privately held companies by Inc Magazine, which released its 2005 Inc 500 list. VisionIT was ranked #267 with a 466% 3-year growth rate. In 2004, VisionIT was ranked #163 with 813% 3-year growth rate.

Michigan based companies only attributed to 2% of the Inc 500 while Hispanic owned firms only comprised 4% of the Inc 500.

Started in 1982, the Inc 500 ranks the nation’s leading entrepreneurial firms according to sales growth over the previous five years. Former Inc 500 companies that have gone on to become household names include Microsoft, Timberland, Domino’s Pizza, E* Trade and Intuit.

VisionIT’s President & CEO a finalist for Hispanic Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Hispanic Business Magazine

Hispanic Magazine’s 15th annual Entrepreneur of the Year awards gala will honor and recognize the nation’s most successful Hispanic entrepreneurs. This event celebrates the success of all Hispanic entrepreneurs, and honor five category winners and one overall Entrepreneur of the Year. David Segura is one of three finalists to receive the Rising Star award. This is one of the highest honors bestowed on a Hispanic Business in the U.S. The Greif Center for Entrepreneurship of the USC Marshall School of Business will act as judges. The award will be announced on November 10, 2005 at the Historic Beverly Hills Hilton in Los Angeles, California.
