At 7p.m. this Thursday, September 14, the Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA) Detroit chapter will feature VisionIT president and CEO, David Segura, at its monthly information exchange event. Segura will discuss the beginnings of VisionIT and how he turned a small vision into one of the nation’s largest minority-owned companies and a national leader in information technology staffing, outsourcing, and vendor management.
“I am honored that such a prominent organization within the IT industry would invite me to share our story with its members,” said Segura. “Years ago I committed myself to increasing the participation of minorities in the field of information technology and opportunities like this are vital to that effort.”
The event will be held in TechTown in the TechOne building at 440 Burroughs Detroit.
