VisionIT recruiters and human resource professionals participated in a continuing education initiative, earning their Technical Services Certification (TSC) and Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designations. These certifications are designed to educate and update staffing professionals on current legislation, legal precedents, and related industry best practices. The certifications cover 14 major areas of employment law, including equal opportunity laws, wage and hour statutes, immigration/work authorization protocols, and co-employment considerations.

The certifying body is the American Staffing Association, which requires an extensive examination, as well as mandatory continuing education credits to maintain certification.
