As contracts and projects are effectively completed, VisionPRO makes every effort to redeploy our highly valued consultants. VisionPRO Account Executives are committed to seeking new opportunities for our consultants. These transitions typically lead to minimal down time, reduced “new employee” training and a more efficient on-boarding experience for our clients. In the event that opportunities do not exist at the current client site, VisionPRO will search for other openings in the desired geographic area and aggressively market the consultant. VisionPRO works to provide the opportunity for our consultants to remain with VisionPRO and add to their experience portfolio. Redeployments are successfully achieved depending on geographic location, demand for competencies and skill sets and market value conditions. Former consultants remain in the “preferred consultant status” until they are redeployed.
