Kris Norris serves as Senior Vice President of VisionPRO

VisionPRO is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vision Information Technologies, Inc. The corporation is comprised of three specialized brands, VisionIT, VisionPRO and Prime Workforce that delivers a distinct range of IT practices to workforce solutions that drive operational efficiencies and innovation for customers across the globe.

As senior vice president of VisionPRO, Norris is focused on growing business development efforts and strategies within Talent Management accounts. Recently appointed to the VisionPRO Leadership Team, Norris is responsible for delivering top line revenue and bottom line profitability growth for VisionPRO, which delivers on staff augmentation and permanent placement solutions. She will oversee management of Fortune 500 and mid-size clients and serve as central point of contact for all staffing clients and VisionPRO business development executives. Her guidance in growth strategies is invaluable within the leadership team.

Prior to VisionPRO, Norris has an impressive portfolio as regional Vice President and business unit leader for numerous staffing companies across the U.S. including Spherion, Kelly Services, and Robert Half & Associates. For more than 20 years, she has met and exceeded growth targets and contributed to the development of high-performing sales teams.

Her successful track record is evident through her passion in global training, white paper development, and expansion of best practices in the staffing industry. Norris cultivated countless staffing programs and influenced office expansions for nearly every company she was employed with. She is an expert in retention management, earning prestigious awards throughout her career.

Norris has a degree in Accounting from Oregon State University. She works as a volunteer at Justa Center – an outreach for elderly homeless. Norris currently serves as a Board Member for Stepping Stones of Hope, based in Phoenix, Arizona that offers support for grieving family members who have lost a parent or loved one.
